What monthly retainer do you charge for your Fractional GC services?
None. I don’t believe businesses can truly estimate how much legal support you are going to need. Therefore, I do not put my clients through this exercise. What I do ask you to undertake on sign up, is an audit of your business, wherein I consult with you and / or senior members of your business, and review your general approach to contracting with third parties – this includes your insurers, employees, customers and suppliers. On review of a sample of such contracts, I advise on any immediate actions you might need to undertake.
What is the remit of services you can provide, if we engaged you as our Fractional GC?
I specialise in commercial contracts and employment matters. I can assist in drafting and negotiation of contracts, and advise on all aspects of employment matters that concern your business. Further, if you are a service provider for public sector bodies, I can help with all issues that can come up in such relationships.
