Our clients typically like to walk a tightrope, and are happy to navigate IR35 risk safely – as opposed to wanting to avoid IR35 risk altogether.  

We see our job as the provider of the safety gear and the safety instructions. A bit like a ski instructor, but a lot less grumpy! So, here’s our health warning.

Whether you are at the receiving end of our client-side services, or our commercial consultancy, we will get your actions fairly close to permissible and legal limits.

If you have some appetite for risk and want to explore creative solutions to achieve favourable outcomes, be our guest.

2) You Want to Multi-Source Every Task, Every Time

We typically work with clients on a retained basis, be it for the programme we serve, or the organisation as a whole.

We will need you to trust us to do a great job at sourcing the entire available talent pool and presenting the most suited candidates for any role.

Why do we ask for this? Simple, you will see less of our brilliance if you only commission us on a one-time basis. We are a self-learning system, and we’ll become more focused and aligned with your programme objectives the longer we work with you.

Our difference comes from owning the service/job definition on the back of a 10-min briefing call with you. With us, you won’t have to do all the prep that needs doing when farming your requirement out to multiple agencies.

3) You Want to Compromise Quality for Cost

Although we are economical, we are far from being the cheapest recruiter you will find on the market. Before you click off our website, never to return, there are reasons why we are not the cheapest…

We are unlike many other agencies who will have their best talent engaged in schmoozing clients, whilst juniors deal with sifting profiles. Our best talent is involved in the ground work of selecting suitable candidates so that you never have a failed attempt to fill a role.

Our commercial consultancy services are not cheap either. However, we’ve never had a client turn us down because we were too expensive.

The value we add to our client’s commercial situation is always positive, and always superior to what they could have got from elsewhere. If you want to compromise quality for cost then we aren’t likely to be suited for you.

Although we are economical, we are far from being the cheapest recruiter you will find on the market.

4) You Like the Phrase “dotting i’s and crossing t’s”

Our clients see the big picture. They set the scene, and allow us to just get on with it – which is what we do best.

Specifically, in our commercial consultancy services, we will never get bogged down with minor niggles when there are big wins to be had.

When staffing programmes, we will always judge what you need most in a role, and never turn down candidates who might not tick some minor box.

5) You Need a Cheap Managed Service Provider

We don’t play cost games, and we won’t typically bid for work where cost is a key motivation. We are in the business of helping our clients create choices that they thought were beyond reach.
